About The APAThe Alexandria Police Association, established in 1927, is a fraternal organization dedicated to advocating the enhancement of pay and benefits for its members, the men and women of the Alexandria Police Department. The Alexandria Police Association is constantly working hard to promote an enriched working environment and esprit de corps within the Alexandria Police Department, by sponsoring events for the officers and their families to come together. Several events are held each year to foster a deeper bond with these officers and their families, and support is given to officers and their families in times of need and assistance. The Alexandria Police Association is an active part of the community of Alexandria, and strives to foster an excellent relationship with the citizens our officers serve. |
